What Information Do We Collect?
CaterZen does not collect any unique information about you (such as your name, email address, etc.) except when you specifically and knowingly provide such information. CaterZen notes and saves information such as time of day, browser type, browser language, and IP address with each query. That information is used to verify our records and to provide more relevant services to users.
With Whom Does CaterZen Share Information?
CaterZen does share information about you to the restaurant(s) you register and/or order items from. CaterZen may share information about you with advertisers, business partners, sponsors, and other third parties. However, we only divulge aggregate information about our users and will not share personally identifiable information with any third party without your express consent. For example, we may disclose how frequently the average CaterZen user visits CaterZen. Please be aware, however, that we will release specific personal information about you if required to do so in order to comply with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order.
If you activate our Google integration module, we will store in our system some of the data which Google makes available to us through their APIs.
Specifically, when you use our Google Calendar integration, we will update your calendar with events from CaterZen. We will also read your calendar to determine your availability for use in our Book-A-Meeting module.
When you use our Gmail integration, we will store the email address of your connected account. We also have access to read your emails which allows CaterZen to store a copy of a contact's email in their CaterZen CRM record. You also have the ability to send emails through your CaterZen CRM.
Additional Limits on Use of Your Google User Data:
- CaterZen will only use access to read, write, modify or control Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide an integration with the CaterZen CRM that allows users to compose, send, read, and process emails and will not transfer this Gmail data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- CaterZen will not use this Gmail data for serving advertisements.
- CaterZen will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for CaterZen's internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.
