Choose (3 or more) proteins: skirt steak, grilled chicken, tender brisket, al pastor (pork ), al pastor chicken, crispy ground beef, or chorizo. We served with Mexi beans or charro beans, mexi rice, and our gourmet cantina toppings, including freshly chopped red or white raw onion, grill onions, grill jalapeños, lettuce, fresh cilantro, cheese dip, salsa verde, cut limes, and soft corn or flour tortillas.
