The classic Reuben sandwich will always be one of my all-time faves. The salty, cured Corned Beef balances perfectly with the tart saurkraut and mild, almost creamy melted Swiss. Plus, it all sits between two slices of grilled rye bread, one of the best sandwich breads of all time (in my humble opinion).

Fresh Pastrami, Sauerkraut, Melted Baby Swiss & Russian Dressing on Grilled Rye
This grilled turkey Reuben is a twist on the original and a hit with everyone. Sliced Boars Head Ovengold Turkey, Melted Swiss, Sauerkraut, Russian Dressing on Grilled Rye
The Rachel sandwich is a variation of the Reuben, made with Sliced Ovengold turkey, coleslaw instead of sauerkraut, all served on grilled rye bread with Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing. It offers a similar flavor profile but is often preferred by those who may not enjoy sauerkraut.
