- Entrée Choices (Choose 2)
- Classic Chicken Parmigiana (We recommend the traditional pasta marinara as a side)
- Chicken Sovia- Breaded chicken served in a garlic balsamic reduction with a touch of gravy (On this one, I go with the garlic mashed but my wife does the rice)
- Chicken Francaise (Lemon chicken) – Breaded chicken served in a lemon butter white wine sauce. (This is another where we differ. I go with pasta with the Francaise sauce and my wife does the rice.
- Chicken Marsala- Breaded chicken topped with mushrooms served in a marsala wine reduction. (Here you can’t go wrong with pasta, rice or garlic mashed.)
- Rigatoni Bolognese – Short fat pasta served in a Bolognese sauce. This is a sauce made from ground beef that’s slow roasted for fours in a marinara sauce. This is a family favorite. Almost every party at our house has this one. Again, this doesn’t have a side but’s made up for with potion size.)
- Penne Vodka with chicken – Short thinner pasta served in a marinara cream sauce with breaded chicken. (This is another regular at parties. Everybody loves it. All the pastas have larger portion sizes with no sides.)
- Fusilli Carbonara - Tri-colored spiral pasta served with smoked bacon and sauteed onions in a creamy parmesan sauce. (Great cooler weather comfort dish. All the pastas have larger portion sizes with no sides.)
- Flank Steak – Sliced flank steak served in a red wine demi-glaze. (Garlic mashed all the way.)
- Salad Choices (Choose 2) (No worries if you would like a different dressing. Just let us know your choice in special intructions)
- Garden Salad - A mix of crisp iceberg and romaine lettuces, cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, bell peppers, red onions, Black olives and banana peppers. Comes with Chianti Vinaigrette
- Caesar Salad - A crisp bed of romaine lettuce and red onions with our homemade seasoned croutons served with caesar dressing. Topped with grated Parmesan Cheese. Comes with Caesar Dressing
- Greek Salad - Crisp romaine lettuce with cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, green peppers, bell peppers, Feta cheese, Greek olives and banana peppers. Served with a Greek feta vinaigrette.
