You ask for it and here it is....Baked Potato Bar with a Salad. Big ole' taters served with your favorite topping so you can dress it any way you want. Including diced ham, bacon bits, diced turkey, whipped butter, sour cream, and green chives. Garden fresh salad made with a blend of colorful lettuces with grape tomatoes, cheese, croutons, and dressings all served on the side served with your choice of dessert, iced tea, lemonade, iced water, and our standard dinnerware package.  

Pre-made sandwiches served on your choice of thick sliced wheatberry bread, fresh baked croissant or as a wrap, with all the fixin's served on the side. Choose from smoked turkey breast & swiss, honey ham & cheddar, house made smoked chicken salad, pimento & cheese, or roasted veggies, Each box comes with house made potato chips and dessert, lettuce and tomato, a pack of mayo & mustard, wet nap and a peppermint.

A garden-fresh blend of tender, colorful lettuces and grape tomatoes, cheese, croutons, serve with your choice of our very own house creole ranch dressing. 

A more formal presentation using China (6.00 per person rental fee) or upscale disposable (3.00 per person) with pre set tables of salad, desserts, and drinks. The meal is plated with your choice of entree, two sides and bread.

All Simply Southern Banquet Buffets include a higher level of service with preset tables, china service (6.00 per person rental fee) or upscale plastic disposable (3.00 per person). This buffet include a preset table with salt & pepper shakers, pitchers of tea, and ice water. Each place setting includes a preset dessert, glass of ice and silverware. Self served buffet style with your choice of two entrees, three sides and bread. Included are choice of two desserts. Desserts can be preset or served in a dessert station. Alcohol service available on request.
