BBQ Cooking Classes Menu

The Art of Grillin and Smokin Class includes hands-on demonstrations, barbecuing/smoking, cutting, selecting, dry rub making, sauces, selecting cooking equipment, and more.

This class is for multiple experience levels.  Beginners will get a lot out of the class. Experienced backyard Chefs will also learn new tricks, be inspired and get their questions answered.  

Drinks provided including beer and wine. Lunch provided, as well as cooking equipment. Students only need to bring themselves. No knives or smokers needed. This will be an indoor and outdoor class (rain or shine). Just bring your questions, curiosity and an eagerness to learn! Aprons and towels will be provided as loaners.

(Minimum age is 18 years old unless accompanied by an adlut with paid admission.)
