BBQ Cooking Classes Menu

***Sunday Oct. 05, 2025 Long cook class***from 12pm-5pm, 5 hour class.  WE WILL COVER Brisket- trimming, seasoning, wrap/don't wrap, time and temps, ways to cut a brisket. Brining & Smoking/barbecuing a whole turkey,  Homemade Bacon- curing, slicing, slow smokin, Beer Can Chicken, Leg of Lamb and Beef Dino Ribs (Short Ribs, Plate Ribs)!  As Always, you will be sampling a lot of barbecue, free beer, wine and soft drinks.  Don't eat lunch, come hungry for food and knowledge. 

We provide the aprons, towels & tools. Dress code: casual, flat shoes, no loose clothing please for safety reasons.  Must be 14 years or older to attend.  Each student will be required to register separately and sign consent form.

You and Your Love will learn Tips and Tricks from the Art of Smokin' and Grillin Class in a fun and interactive 3 hr session.  Learn to prepare, grilled and barbecue Beef, Pork, Chicken, Veggies and Shrimp.  Plenty of sampling throughout the evening. Enjoy Drinks and Appetizers from the time you arrive. Beer, wine, champagne as well as soft beverages and dessert will be provided.

The ticket price shown is for (2) Adults.

2 Dates to choose from .... Fri. 2/13/26 6pm-9pm, and Sat. 2/14/26 6pm-9pm. Doors open at 5:30 both nights.  Food and drinks served starting at 6pm.
