Terms and Conditions for Drop-off Catering Events
We accept orders until 4:00pm the prior business day. Some items on our menu may require 48-hour notice to prepare. Orders are taken on a “first come, first serve” basis. All orders require a $100 minimum.
Cancellation or Reductions:
Cancellations or reductions in numbers require a 24-hour notice. Orders canceled less than 24 hours prior to the event will result in a 100% charge to the client. Custom menus, reception items or events for 100 guests or more may require 48-hours’ notice for reductions or cancellations.
Due to the current volatility of food prices and the high cost of protective measures associated with the Coronavirus, we’ve had to implement a 2% Covid-19 surcharge until further notice. We hope and expect that this is a temporary measure.
We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express. Credit card information must be provided by 4:00pm the prior business day. Credit card payments will be processed on the day of the event and a receipt will be emailed within two business days. Payments may be processed prior to delivery at our discretion. Starting April 15, 2019, there will be a 2% processing fee for all credit card transactions.
Corporate accounts are available by completing an account application & providing a credit card number. Credit terms for our corporate clients are net 21 days & require a credit card number on file. Interest will be charged on all outstanding invoices beyond 30 days.
A 30-minute delivery window is required for all orders. If nobody is available to receive the delivery, the driver will leave and come back after they finish the other deliveries on their route.
Online orders may be delivered up to 30 minutes prior to the selected delivery time. We do not deliver between 9:00-10:00am.
Our focus is corporate catering. Deliveries will not be made to houses or private residences.
Delivery Fees for Northern Virginia and DC
8 to 30 guests: Cold Menu $25.00 / Hot Food Menus $35.00
31 to 70 guests: Cold Menu $35.00 / Hot Food Menus $45.00
71 guests or more: Fee based on complexity of order
After Hours Deliveries
Due to traffic and overtime costs, delivery fees double after 5:00 PM.

Coffee pots and creamers are loaned at no charge and will be picked up either the same day or the following business day. Customers will be charged reasonable replacement costs for any lost or broken equipment.
Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
It is important to inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies so we can do our best to ensure the safety of your guests. However, we are not a gluten, nut or dairy-free catering company and cannot ensure that cross contamination will never occur. We make every effort to honor the menu descriptions.
Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, eggs or unpasteurized milk may increase your risk of food borne illness.
Refunds may be given on a case by case basis. If you are not satisfied with a product or the service you received or you did not receive part of your catering order, please call the office and we will be more than willing to speak with you about how we can resolve the problem. Our goal is 100% client satisfaction.
