Our signature version of lasagna is made with a mixture of short pasta cuts, one of three tomato sauces (meat, vegetarian, or Italian Sausage), and kilos of mozzarella, Parmigiano, Pecorino Romano, ricotta, and asiago.
Gluten-free pasta can be substituted.
Fresh romaine lettuce, croutons, Parmigiano, and our homemade garlic Caesar dressing. Lose the croutons to make it gluten friendly.

The 6-10 serving comes with two 32oz sauces of your choice and 8oz of parmesan, and the 15-20 serving comes with four 32oz sauces and 12oz of parmesan. A 12oz pesto can be substituted for a 32oz sauce.
