Join us for our Butchery 101 class - Intro to butchery with Chef Tyler Palagi! You will be learning where all the differen cuts come from, knife techniques, how to break down a chicken, clean a tenderloin, clean a skirt steak and break down a chuck roll!
Each class with start with a LJ cocktail and end with you taking a cut of meat home!
