Damage Waiver Covers damaged or broken items only. If damage waiver is accepted and nothing is broken or damaged, the damage waiver is NOT REFUNDED. Missing items are not classified as damaged. When something is damaged or broken the client is required to return the damaged/broken item as evidence of breakage. Items not returned will be considered missing.
