Foodesign Conceptual Events has been proudly catering to special full-service events throughout New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut since 2005. After years of requests, we are excited to announce the launch of our new Casual Cuisine by the pan service
Whether you need a last-minute lunch for forty, hot food for one hundred, or an unforgettable event for five-hundred, we can accommodate all of your needs.
Specializing in customized events tailored to your specific desires has become our hallmark. These same principles apply to our Causaul Cusine division. Our entire menu is available to be served in the traditional "buffet-style" on aluminum pans -chafing dishes.
Our staff is well-trained in adhering to Covid-19 Safety Guidelines. From our strict, daily sanitation schedules to our in-house policies regarding food preparation, handling, packaging, and delivery (including contactless delivery), “Food Safety” is as important to us, as is quality and service.
As an organization, we take environmental issues seriously. We are vigilant about purchasing as many locally-sourced products as possible. Our coffee is organic fair-trade certified. Our suppliers offer biodegradable and compostable packaging and service ware. At Foodesign Conceptual Events and FDCE Casual Cuisine, environmental considerations take priority over the cost of these products as often as possible.
This menu presents an overview of our offerings. With you, we will work together and create a customized menu based on your specific budget, dietary restrictions, or food allergies. Your catering representative is happy to discuss your particular needs.
Hours of Operation: We deliver breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday thru Friday from 7 am to 7 pm, and Saturday from 7 am to 5 pm. Other times and Sunday deliveries may be arranged with advance notice.
Notice: 24-hours' notice is appreciated for all orders. However, we will always accommodate same-day orders to the best of our abilities. 24-48 hours' notice is required for hot food orders and larger events. Breakfast orders must be placed by 3 pm the previous day.

Delivery: A 10% service charge for all orders includes delivery service within a 10-mile radius of our kitchen. Beyond 10 miles, additional charges are on a sliding scale based on distance. $150 minimum order is required for delivery.
Packaging and Serviceware: In compliance with today's Covid-19 World, our menu is perfect for individually-packaged meals. Alternatively, chilled and room temperature food is available on plasticware. Most of our serving platters, bowls, and utensils are reusable.
Green Packaging: Biodegradable and compostable bamboo and sugar-cane service ware are available upon request. add $2.50 per person.

Premium Desserts & Beverages: FDCE offers a premium line of made-from-scratch desserts and signature beverages and lemonades. Please ask your catering representative for details.
Equipment Pick-Up: Equipment such as coffee urns and reusable service-ware will be picked up by our staff, generally within 24-hours of delivery. Clients will be billed for any irretrievable equipment.
Set-Up: At your request, we set your order up completely, at no additional cost.
Payment Terms: FDCE Corporate Catering accepts corporate checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Corporate charge accounts are welcome. Payment terms are net-30. Custom invoicing is available and may be organized by purchase order numbers, or to coordinate with your internal billing system. Invoices and credit card receipts accompany deliveries.
Pricing and Minimums: Unless otherwise noted, prices are on a per full Pan ( 40 People) All costs are subject to applicable New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut sales tax. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions. One full pan minimum is required per item, applies to the entire menu unless otherwise noted.
Changes and Cancellations: We will always accommodate headcount and menu changes to the best of our abilities. We will accept cancellations up to the time your food preparation has begun. In some cases, the client may be held responsible for unrecoverable costs.

Whether you are planning a wedding reception, birthday party, anniversary celebration, full-service corporate or private event, we can arrange for service staff, liquor service, floral arrangements, china, and linens.
