PAYMENT: Full payment confirms you agree to the following terms.
RESPONSIBILITY: The person placing the order is responsible for payment in full, even if someone else picks it up or receives it. If a valid charge is disputed or charged back, you remain responsible for the full amount plus related fees and agree to contact Dunns River Lounge first.
PICKUP: Provide accurate pickup details and have someone available at the scheduled time. Pickup orders must be collected at the scheduled time.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: Cancel or change your order more than 7 days before the scheduled date and receive store credit for the full amount paid, valid for one year. Within 7 days, orders are nonrefundable and cannot be moved; a new date requires a new order.
FOOD SAFETY: Once picked up or delivered, you are responsible for proper storage, holding, reheating, and serving. Keep hot food at 140°F or higher and cold food at 40°F or below.
ALLERGIES: Tell us about allergies or dietary needs when ordering. We use a shared kitchen and cannot guarantee against cross-contact.
LIABILITY: We are responsible only for food prepared by Dunns River Lounge, not outside food or handling after pickup or delivery. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid. These terms are governed by New York State law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
BY PAYING YOUR INVOICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS
PICKUP & DELIVERY: Provide accurate pickup/delivery details and have someone available at the scheduled time. For deliveries, we allow a 15-minute grace period. After that, a $75 wait fee covers up to 30 additional minutes. If no one can receive the order by then, the driver will leave, and pickup must be arranged at the restaurant. The full balance remains due, and we are not responsible for food quality or safety after the wait period. Pickup orders must be collected at the scheduled time.
