All Buffet Dinners are full-service options that include linen tablecloths and napkins, standard staffing levels, and china and silverware (for events in Baker University Center or Nelson Banquet Room). There is a $3 per person charge to move china to another building. All buffet menus include Dinner Rolls with Butter, Iced Tea, Iced Water, and Coffee.
